How I Was Able to Avoid the Health Hazards Associated With Rapid Weight Loss....
If you're thinking about using diet pills, patches or any other products to lose weight, I'm glad that you've found my blog because not only will my story shock and surprise you, it'll almost certainly save you from the health hazards associated with rapid weight loss...as well as saving you a ton of time and money.

I will tell you exactly why I tried but was forced to give up Weight Watchers,  and a range of other diet products... and how I finally started to lose weight quickly and with minimal effort. You must see it for your self.

My name is Cathy Wilson and like so many women, I spent years desperately trying to lose weight.

I never used to have weight loss issues. However, in May 2005, I gave birth to my first child.  Even though this was fantastic and I was having a great time being a new mom, the problem was my whole lifestyle had changed dramatically. My diet changed, I was sleeping less then I was use to and on top of that I was juggling work, trying to finish my college degree and striving hard to be the best Mother I could be.

Maybe, you can relate to the feelings of desperation I experienced...I felt as though I was on the verge of a complete mental and physical break down.

Then Things Began To Get Worse...

I started to gain weight most likely due to lack of exercise, stress and poor eating habits. Within 9 weeks I hadn't lost any of the baby weight, in fact I had gained another 11 pounds, and things didn't get any better from there.

After a few months my lifestyle was getting a little more balanced and I actually did have the chance to start jogging a little and made a big effort to get myself healthy again - which I hoped would help me lose weight. However, after hoping for the best for a number of weeks, it became obvious that it wasn't going to work.

And that was the point when I realized I had to do something about it.

I Tried Weight Watchers & Failed.

At the time, Weigh Watchers was the 'in thing' to do and after speaking to a few of my friends who had had moderate success with it, I decided to give it a go.

At first it worked out reasonably well and I lost a couple of pounds - and although that wasn't exactly something to get too excited about, at least it was a start. And any 'start' was good! Right?

However, after a few weeks, things began to go downhill. One of the big issues was that it was difficult to attend Weight Watchers meetings while I was working, going to school and taking care of a toddler.

Then I Tried Diet Pills But Was Forced To Give Them Up.

After only 14 days using diet pills I began to feel unhealthy and ill. I was also getting terrible migraines. 

The most worrying thing of all was that I got a warning from my doctor and after deciding that the pain and suffering I was experiencing wasn't worth it compared to the benefit the product was having on my weight loss, I was forced to give them up.

Eventually, I Found Something That Worked!

Having spent so much time, money and energy desperately trying to succeed with products, diets and pills that ultimately had very little effect on my weight loss was a huge mistake. 

However, I then uncovered something that worked.
